Description
This retreat is designed for women who are ready to nurture themselves and find time for deep self-care in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Escape the hustle of daily life and join us for a day of relaxation, healing, and connection at The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge, a stunning vineyard in South Austin, set on 53 sprawling acres. Recharge amidst majestic oaks and the tranquil energy of beautiful crystals scattered across the grounds.
This retreat is capped at just 20 people, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience for all attendees.
This day is for women who are feeling burnt out, stressed, or simply in need of a deep pause. In this serene space, you’ll experience a powerful combination of practices designed to nourish your whole self.
We’ll begin the day with Wendy leading a gentle yoga practice and sound bath savasana, followed by a session on self-compassion and collaborative communication, led by Michelle Hawn, LPC-S. Together, we’ll explore identifying our feelings and the needs they point to.
After lunch, we’ll come together for a mojo-mantra crafting workshop with Wendy Colonna. In this session, we’ll create personalized mantras that affirm who you are becoming and help release any limiting beliefs you’re ready to let go of. Later, our collective mantras will be set to music and recorded, providing you with a Mojo Track to listen to whenever you need to reconnect with the retreat’s healing vibes and return to a place of balance and clarity.
Throughout the day, there will be time for journaling, reflection, and walking in nature—so you can ground yourself and reconnect with your inner peace. Healthy snacks will be provided, and lunch will also be included, ensuring you have the energy and nourishment you need for the day.
Take this opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a gorgeous setting. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected to yourself.
