In August, Authority Magazine featured me in its "5 Reasons Why Women Build Great Companies" series.
The conversation gave me a chance to reflect on nearly three decades as a working artist, entrepreneur, mentor and community builder, and on the people who helped me see possibilities for my life before I could see them myself.
I loved getting to talk about creativity as a leadership strength, the value of building cultures around trust and human connection, and why I believe artists deserve to build lives that sustain them.
I'm grateful for the chance to share this part of the story.
