Saturday, March 5th, I had the great honor of performing at the Black Fret Nomination celebration in an incredible outdoor home amphitheater (yes, that was the selling point of the house) for an amazing audience between excellent artists. I am so excited to announce that Black Fret, Austin’s finest music patronage organization has voted me as one of their 2016 Nominees. After performing the nomination celebration last night, I got home and marveled at how much I have admired this organization, how much they have empowered so many of my peers over the last two years and how blessed I feel to be in such amazing company with the former nominees, winners and this year’s cohort of stellar artists.
