One of the things I love most about the Austin music community is how often musicians show up for one another.

One of the things I love most about the Austin music community is how often musicians show up for one another.

In 2025, I joined fellow artists including BettySoo, Kelley Mickwee and Emily Gimble for a HOME benefit, part of the ongoing work of helping Austin musicians stay housed and supported.

A benefit show is still a show, but the reason everyone is in the room changes the energy. I'm grateful whenever music gets to be useful in this way.
